Delete your Happy data
Happy has no accounts and keeps your data on your iPhone, so deleting it is in your hands.
Updated October 20, 2026
Delete one thing
Open a memory, a plan you’re looking forward to or a saved item, and choose Delete. Deleting a memory removes its photos and videos from Happy’s storage too.
Erase everything
Open Profile > Erase all data and confirm. This removes your memories and their media, collections, plans, saved items, action history, likes and preferences from Happy on that iPhone, and Happy starts fresh. This can’t be undone.
Delete the app
Deleting Happy from your iPhone removes everything it stored there, including what its widgets show. Older iPhone backups may still contain Happy’s data until they are replaced or deleted.
Your subscription
Erasing data or deleting the app doesn’t cancel Happy+. Manage it in Settings > Apple Account (tap your name) > Subscriptions.
Copies elsewhere and support email
Copies you shared with others or saved to Photos are outside Happy, so delete them where they are. We hold no Happy account or profile for you, so there is nothing else of yours on our side to erase. Cloudflare may keep short-lived security logs under its own practices. To delete support emails you sent us, write to corporate@cerebraenterprises.com.
