Happy Terms of Use

Happy is here to help you find the good. These terms keep things clear and fair.

Effective October 20, 2026

These terms

These terms govern Happy, the Happy iOS app, happyapp.lol and related pages, provided by Cerebra Enterprises (“we”, “us”). By using Happy you agree to them. The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Happy.

Suggestions, not instructions

Experiences and actions in Happy are friendly suggestions. Use your own judgment about what is right and safe for you and the people with you. Before you go, check local conditions, weather, opening hours, prices, availability, accessibility, age limits, permits and safety rules, and follow local laws and guidance. Nearby results come from Apple Maps and may be incomplete or out of date.

Breathing moments and other activities are for enjoyment: stop if anything feels uncomfortable. Happy isn’t medical, mental health, financial or other professional advice, and it isn’t a substitute for professional care or emergency services. Supervise children, and be kind with other people’s time, space and consent when you do something for or with them.

Content in Happy

Treats, quotes, facts, experiences and actions are provided for enjoyment, “as is.” We choose them with care, but content can contain mistakes, become out of date, or not suit everyone. Some images are illustrations created for Happy, not photographs of real events or places. Videos and photos from other creators belong to them, are credited where shown and are used under their licenses (for example, the Pexels license), and they may become unavailable. Links to other sites are for information, not an endorsement.

Your memories and what you share

Your memories, photos, videos and notes are yours. They stay on your iPhone; we don’t receive them and claim no rights to them. Because they are stored only on your device, keep your own backups: we can’t recover them if your iPhone is lost or the app is deleted. When you share something, make sure you have the right to share it and respect other people’s privacy. The terms of the service you share to apply.

Fair use

Please don’t misuse Happy or our services. Don’t try to disrupt, overload or scrape them, reverse-engineer them except where the law allows it, get around usage limits or Happy+ features, or use Happy to break the law or hurt anyone.

Happy+ subscriptions

Happy is free to download and enjoy every day, with daily limits on some features. Happy+ unlocks more. It is an auto-renewing subscription sold through Apple’s App Store, offered yearly or monthly (in the US, $39.00 per year or $4.99 per month). The app shows the price and period for your country before you buy.

Free trial. Eligible new subscribers can start with a 3-day free trial. If you don’t cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription begins and your Apple Account is charged for the first period. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription, where applicable.

Payment and renewal. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase or, if you start with a free trial, when the trial ends. Your subscription renews automatically at the same price and period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.

Managing and cancelling. Manage or cancel your subscription in Settings > Apple Account (tap your name) > Subscriptions on your iPhone, or from Happy’s Profile > Manage subscription. When you cancel, Happy+ continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. Restore purchases in Happy’s Profile brings Happy+ to a new or reinstalled iPhone that uses the same Apple Account. If the price changes, Apple tells you before it applies, as its rules require. Features and free limits may change over time.

Apple’s terms

Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) also applies to your use of Happy. These terms are between you and Cerebra Enterprises, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Happy or its content, maintenance or support, or for claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the Standard EULA and may enforce it.

Happy’s name and look

Happy, Sunny the sun, the happy. logo, and Happy’s design, writing and selected content belong to Cerebra Enterprises or its licensors. You’re welcome to share links and the share cards Happy makes for personal, non-commercial use.

Availability and other services

Happy works offline with built-in content. Fresh content, nearby search and some videos need an internet connection. We may update, change or discontinue features, and we don’t guarantee that Happy or any content will always be available. Apple (including Apple Maps and the App Store), Cloudflare and third-party media hosts provide parts of the experience under their own terms.

Limitations

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Happy is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Cerebra Enterprises is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for losses arising from activities you choose to do, places you visit or content you share. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted service or the recovery of data stored on your device. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and questions

We may update these terms. We’ll post the new version here with a new effective date and give notice where required. Questions? Email corporate@cerebraenterprises.com with “Happy support” in the subject.
